15 January – “Standing on Your Values” – We will discuss situations that test our values or integrity as business leaders and how to handle the situations, and when conflict of interest pop up.
22 January – “Cut Bait vs Second Chance?” – We will discuss situations with customers, vendors and employees that we have to evaluate the seriousness of the situation and how to handle it appropriately.
29 January – “Setting Boundaries within Business” – We will discuss boundaries we need to set for our own mental health, work/life “balance”, and also how boundaries lead to healthier expectations within business!
