Her story is a vulnerable, grief-filled, yet theraputic memoir of becoming a widow when she suddenly lost her husband Pete over 14 years ago…Her blog recounts her grief journey in how she learned to find her sanity in the crazy moments of raising 3 children on her own and how she dealt with PTSD, depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. With lots of therapy including Prolonged Exposure Therapy, EMDR therapy, and energetic therapy she began to understand her gifts as an Animal Communicator, Psychic/Medium, and Reiki Master. Most of us can’t begin to imagine the challenges that Kathrynne has dealt with… We were blessed this evening to hear her story and you can hear it here!
